Hi guys, welcome to my blog. This will be part journal/ part rants/ part just whatever I feel like posting about. I got the idea from one of my very good friends out here in L.A, Romney Evans, who has his own very interesting blog that you can reach at http://romsgreetingsfrom.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html.
I'll write about all the things I enjoy, from Chicago Bulls basketball and running, all the way to Magic: The Gathering. I'll also write about my trials and tribulations with teaching, from it's very high highs, all the way to its very low lows.
This blog is named after the column I had for The Chicago Maroon when I was at uChicago. I think it pretty encapsulates what I like doing, being In Motion. I think sports and games are at the very core of what builds a strong society - I even wrote a 50 page paper about it for my B.A thesis. So hopefully we can get some discussion going on here about what you guys think is more important, whether the game builds the person or whether the person makes the game.
